We're going to go out on a limb and say Saturday's graduation ceremony at Salem International University in Salem, WV was the best one they ever had ... because Jay-Z and Beyonce were there! We're told the power duo was in the house because Jay's nephew was graduating.
Though with Jay and B there ... we doubt anyone noticed.
